Peaceful Passages is not a large multi-location corporation. It is a personalized service provided by Berks County nurse Elena Snyder. Elena has been providing independent End-of-Life care services for over 20 years, following her employment in long term care and Hospice. Elena brings a broad spectrum of understanding of the death and dying process to every bedside. Elena is based in Barto, Pennsylvania, and provides services to patients throughout Berks County. Additionally, she services parts of Bucks County, Lancaster County, Lehigh County, and Montgomery County.
